Our channel partner required an end to end global IT Asset Disposal solution within a 6 week timeframe

In partnership with our channel partner, we planned, coordinated and delivered a full asset disposal solution across multiple sites in 19 countries.
As a result of a complete infrastructure upgrade, the end client required secure and efficient disposal of over 7,700 IT assets, including in far reaching places, such as The Canary Islands, Indonesia and Zanzibar.
Due to the global scope of this project, we allocated two of our Prince2 qualified Project Managers to coordinate the day to day operations. They managed the communication between all the key teams to ensure deadlines were met and logistics were on target.
With a truly global network of partners and disposal teams, we were able to combine local resource in each location with our Project and Service Delivery teams to complete the safe transportation and destruction of all sensitive media within the 6-week deadline.
Environmentally-friendly disposal standards were adhered to in each country and certificates of secure destruction, including photographic evidence and detailed project reports, were issued upon completion of the project.
